ChemCal Pro Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective date: July 16, 2026

Last updated: July 17, 2026

Document ID: CCP-LEGAL-REF-001

Version: 1.0

This Policy applies to monthly self-service subscriptions purchased directly from ChemCal Pro LLC. It is incorporated into the ChemCal Pro Terms of Service.

1. Monthly subscriptions

ChemCal Pro subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically each month until canceled. ChemCal Pro does not currently offer annual self-service subscriptions.

2. Thirty-day first-subscription guarantee

Customer may request a refund under the following conditions:

  1. The request relates to Customer’s first paid ChemCal Pro subscription.
  2. ChemCal Pro receives the complete request within 30 calendar days after the initial subscription charge.
  3. The maximum refund is one standard monthly subscription charge for the plan first purchased.
  4. The guarantee is available once per Customer organization and does not restart after cancellation, resubscription, plan changes, ownership changes, or creation of another account.

The guarantee does not create an ongoing right to request a refund of the previous month.

3. Ordinarily non-refundable charges

Except for the first-subscription guarantee, confirmed billing error, duplicate charge, express order-form term, or mandatory legal right, the following are ordinarily non-refundable:

  • monthly renewals;
  • added technician or administrator seats;
  • plan upgrades or prior subscription periods;
  • setup, professional, custom, or enterprise services;
  • taxes already remitted and not recoverable; and
  • charges incurred before cancellation.

4. Cancellation

Customer may cancel through available billing/account controls or by emailing info@chemcalpro.com from an authorized Company Admin email.

Cancellation stops the next monthly renewal. Unless the account is suspended or terminated for cause, access continues through the end of the paid billing period. ChemCal Pro does not prorate unused days after cancellation.

Customer is responsible for canceling before the renewal charge. A cancellation request submitted by email is effective when ChemCal Pro receives the timely request from an authorized Company Admin address, whether or not ChemCal Pro confirms it before the next renewal. An account-control cancellation is effective when successfully completed through that control.

5. Billing errors and duplicate charges

ChemCal Pro will investigate reported duplicate charges and billing errors and correct confirmed errors. A Customer should report an issue promptly and include the organization name, account email, charge date, amount, and non-sensitive transaction identifier. Do not email complete payment-card numbers.

6. How to request a refund

Email info@chemcalpro.com with the subject “Refund Request.” Include:

  • Customer organization name;
  • authorized Company Admin name and account email;
  • charge date and amount;
  • reason for the request; and
  • non-sensitive payment or invoice reference.

We may request reasonable information to verify organizational authority and the transaction.

7. Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. ChemCal Pro will initiate the refund promptly after approval, but bank and payment-provider processing times are outside our control.

8. Service credits

Any service credits under a signed enterprise SLA are separate from this Policy. Credits are not cash refunds unless the signed agreement expressly says otherwise.

9. Relationship to limitation of liability

This Policy describes voluntary refunds and cancellation treatment; it does not expand ChemCal Pro’s liability or create a remedy beyond the Terms of Service. Any refund, credit, reimbursement, or other amount provided for a claim or event counts toward the applicable aggregate liability cap under the Terms, and Customer may not obtain duplicative recovery for the same loss.

10. Mandatory rights

Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits a remedy or right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable consumer or small-business guarantees, including rights that may apply under Australian Consumer Law, prevail over an inconsistent voluntary policy.
